00Penguin

00Penguin is the main character of the 00Penguin series. He has an IQ of over 200 and is very good at physical activity. Even though 00Penguin can fight really good, he prefers to use his inteligence to end conflicts.

Black Lightning

Black Lightning is 00Penguin's arch nemisis. He has tried many times to destroy Penguinville and 00Penguin. Black Lightning has the ability to control negative electricity causing lights to turn black, and other electric appliances to work backwards, hence the name Black Lightning.

Future 00Penguin

Future 00Penguin is just like 00Penguin, only he's from the year 2027. He has a laser sword, a mohawk, and a totally awesome scanner that goes over his eye.

Mad Monkey

Little is know about Mad Monkey other than that he works for Black Lightning and that he's a monkey. He is from the future and is afraid of nothing.
